TRAITOR IN OUR MIDST

Over 200 years ago to ensure our independence, Canada fought against invasion by the United States.    Now Diane Francis, author of the 2015 book “Merger Of The Century: Why Canada and America Should Become One Country”, promotes that idea as though all the blood our Canadian forefathers shed for our future was for naught. By any standard of national patriotism her advocacy could be considered treasonous. There are countries where the expression of comparable opinions would be brought to a fast and violent termination.

One of the key reasons for her opinion is that the Trudeau Liberals have so weakened our military is that we must now rely on the United States for our defence. That is undeniably true. I would like to point out to American-born Ms Francis that the Canadian Military was active in both the First and Second World Wars for several years before the United States became involved. Once Canada is rid of the cowardly Trudeau Liberal administration there is hope that we, possibly under a strong military leader, will meet our national defence obligations and regain our former position as a reliable and effective military nation.
