MY NOVEL

This novel is available from Patriotic Dissent Books, https://patrioticdissent.net
There are many exciting adventures to be experienced by those involved in the European Brotherhood and I felt a sense of obligation to bring these to the attention of younger members of our race who might not otherwise be aware of them, and the patriotic duty they can perform by getting involved. It is appalling that so many young people take their own lives due to a personal sense of worthlessness when on the contrary, there is so much they could contribute to their country and their race.
Although this novel is updated to the present time frame, portions of it were written as unpublished short stories quite a few years earlier. For various reasons they could not have been put out for public scrutiny at an earlier date.
Canada’s forefathers had for over a hundred years kept our country predominantly white and European, and what our veterans had a right to expect when they returned from two world wars. Their sacred sacrifice has been betrayed by race traitors and the lying, cowardly, and occasionally mentally deranged Generals in our armed forces. Subsequently I became aware of various White Nationalist groups intent on putting a stop to this treachery and started attending their rallies, and although initially I may have been looked upon with some suspicion it was not long before I began meeting with their leaders and was accepted by them as one whose confidence was beyond reproach. In the interests of not exposing my comrades, the extent of my involvement is something I would never reveal, however active participation in the European Brotherhood is not for the faint of heart. One can expect to have your telephone line monitored, your home raided, and perhaps receive a few scars along the way, although I have never to this day been arrested, charged, or convicted of any crime.
On one occasion in Winnipeg I was invited by the leader of a local group to attend a pre-Christmas gathering of his supporters. I figured why not, a chance to meet a new bunch of European Brothers and gain some knowledge about their activities. Little did I know that the gathering was financed by the Winnipeg Police Department who also provided alcoholic beverages, and most of those in attendance were actually cops who in advance of the gathering had hidden microphones beneath the tables. The result was that at approximately 3:45 A.M. one December morning a number of years ago my home in an upscale Winnipeg neighbourhood was raided by six members of the Winnipeg Police Department who arrived in an armada of three unmarked vehicles. They presented me with a Provincial Court Warrant To Search, sworn under oath by Phillip Siatecki, badge number 1452 of the Winnipeg Police Department, “that there are reasonable grounds for believing that Frederick Woodward did unlawfully have in his possession an unregistered restricted weapon for which he did not have a registration certificate. Contrary to the Criminal Code. And that to wit: .38 calibre handgun .22 calibre handgun which will provide evidence of and relating to the said offence are concealed on the premises of Frederick Woodward.” What reasonable grounds there were for believing that I had committed an offence was never revealed to me, but they must have been sufficient to convince some simple minded magistrate to sign the search warrant. Unlike judges, magistrates are not lawyers, but more likely incompetents who either couldn’t pass the entrance examinations or flunked out of law school. Why these clowns are allowed to become involved in the judicial process is unfathomable, but they are certainly accommodating of the demands of equally incompetent cops.
After checking their credentials and phoning their idiotic inspector at police headquarters to ensure they were really policemen (they were not in police uniforms and appeared more like home invaders, or some kind of goon squad going to a beer bash) I removed from an office safe the two handguns they were looking for along with my VALID REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES for both. The handguns had both been purchased new with permits signed personally by the Chief of the Winnipeg Police Department. The warrant alleged that the handguns were “concealed”; the National Firearms Act would describe them as being “safely stored”. If not, I would have quite legitimately, been charged with careless storage of firearms.
The young Constables departed, looking very sheepish for this completely unjustified intrusion on a law-abiding citizen asleep in his residence at that time of the morning. I do not blame the Constables who came to my residence for this unconscionable harassment because they were only following orders from their moronic superiors who sent them on a fool’s errand. Could it be that officer Phillip Siatecki was either too ignorant or too lazy to check the restricted firearms registry? What does he think the registry is for? So for being made the laughing stock of the Winnipeg Police Department as word of their little fiasco spread throughout the force officer Siatecki and his superiors began a face-saving witch hunt determined to confiscate my legally owned target pistols since their first attempt failed so abysmally. About a month later they sent only two officers in only one vehicle to my residence as they must have suddenly became aware of the amount of taxpayers money they were throwing away just to sooth their bruised egos.
This time Phillip Siatecki issued the warrant pursuant to Section 103 (4) of the Criminal Code, which empowers a police officer to seize the property of a law-abiding citizen at will. If they can’t get your firearms by one method they will try another until it works for them. Nine months later In an “Application For Hearing” (formal wording in Canadian legalise – I have two children with law degrees) in their case to justify the confiscation of my legally owned target pistols.
I appeared before Magistrate Dan Dowbenko, as they didn’t consider my non-criminal situation worthy of bringing it before a real judge with some brains. I expect the whole matter had already been decided prior to the hearing because when the good Magistrate sat down, I overheard someone near me comment, “March the guilty bastards in!” They had the case against me presented by Crown Attorney (prosecuting attorney) John Barr who would normally be employed only for criminal cases, but they presumably didn’t trust Phillip Siatecki, in view of his past brilliant performance, to make a convincing argument against me. To bring the story to a quick conclusion, I pointed out to Magistrate Dowbenko that I had not committed a crime, had not stated that I was planning on committing a crime, had not urged others to commit a crime, had attended the meeting to participate in some good old-fashioned Aryan comradeship and that the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms granted me that privilege. Crown Attorney Barr jumped up and said that it might be safe for Aryans, but not safe for people who weren’t. The good magistrate, no mental giant but assuming himself to be very witty, replied “Notwithstanding . . .” to my statement of defence, but I don’t think he even considered it as his mind had apparently been made up prior to the hearing. That’s right, the supposedly impartial Magistrate, not the Crown Attorney, used that ruling against my right to attend a peaceful meeting. The Notwithstanding clause is legislated to be used by our National and Provincial Governments, not by some clown whose ordinary course of duty is to adjudicate alleged traffic violations and similar misdemeanour offences. I had the opportunity of appealing the ruling to a superior court but because my employer would not give me time off work for that purpose the episode ended there. It did however give me some additional material for writing the novel without identifying other European Brothers who were involved, plus the names of some of my antagonists. Slightly modified, they have been assigned to fictional characters in the novel. Everything I have written here can be verified by legal documents, newspaper reports, and audio recordings from the Winnipeg Police Department.
To conclude this rather lengthy editorial, at the hearing I sat with two others who had attended the same meeting as myself but who were charged with criminal activity, and that was thrown out of court at a subsequent trial because a Winnipeg Policewoman who also attended the meeting confessed to lying under oath. For some reason she was never charged with perjury, but you have to realise, that was Winnipeg. Currently a group of wild Indians are defying a court injunction and the Winnipeg Police are afraid to enforce the law. Given the green light I feel certain, members of the European Brotherhood could resolve that matter in short order.
